The new Pine Bluffs Elementary School will replace the current building, which is in poor condition and generally not suitable for current curriculum or the Wyoming climate. The design for the new building blends progressive design goals of collaboration and flexibility with traditional efficient organization. Collaborative spaces are located strategically around stairwells and other key nodes to maximize their vitality and usage. The exterior of the building reflects the history and character of the community.
